Here's a gallery of my illustrations from the recent years. Some of the older stuff definitely looks rough today. I might add even older drawings later, we'll see.

Bajoran Q in a Mucha-inspired art nouveau style

Bajoran Q. Based on The Four Seasons by Mucha

Three-part drawing:

A series of portraits, four of Q, four of Picard. As the series progress, they both become older, start smiling, and finally embrace, whereas the lighting changes from morning to night.

Points of view

The TNG gang is celebrating Picard's birthday. Riker has baked cookies. Geordi holds a present. Q is putting on a party hat for Picard, who is not amused. Everyone else is also wearing a hat, except for Troi who's got a decorative hair thingy, and Worf, who is suspicious about the hat. There's a big cake in the middle.
Dialogue:
Data: How nice of Q to arrange a surprise party for the captain.
Geordi: Yeah! Happy birthday!
Troi: I didn't know today was your birthday!
Beverly Crusher: I don't think it is...

Qcard birthday request

Picard and Q gazing each other lovingly on a bed in loose, open shirts exposing their chests. Picard's face is red as he's reading Data's fanfic while Q is standing next to him. Dialog:
p: "What is the meaning of this? This... This is completely inappropriate!"
q: "It's fanfiction, and maybe you should read something less stuffy once in a while"
p: "I can't have my crew writing these... deluded fantasies involving each other! And you encouraged Data to do this!"
q: "Really, you should be encouraging him, too! He has his way with words, you know. (He wrote you in a very flattering way, you know)"
q: "...but really, don't be too hard on Data, will you."

Q in a skant-inspired uniform; chest-down it's the same as the S1 skant, but it's got the same collar and long sleeves as the S3 uniform, and also a boob window

Picard nervously holds Q Junior as a baby and says "Perhaps we should leave holding him to you". Q has wrapped his arms around them and, smiling gently, says "Nonsense, you couldn't hurt him if you wanted to"

Bending the canon a bit here because I imagine at least in-universe opening of that dress uniform would be in the front. Didn't bother checking if any screenshot shows if there is a zipper on the backside.
